A 3-roll plate bending machine is a heavy-duty metal forming machine that bends metal plates into cylindrical, conical, or custom curved shapes using three rotating rollers arranged in a pyramid configuration.
The plate is placed between two lower rollers and one upper roller. The hydraulic system adjusts the upper roller's position, and the rollers rotate to bend the plate. Multiple passes gradually increase the curve radius until the desired diameter is achieved.
