Equipped with servo proportional directional valve and pilot operated pressure relief valve, stable pressure output within ±1% error during full ram stroke. Effectively avoid over-pressing deformation or insufficient assembly force on precision workpieces.
EZY92 horizontal axle press supports reversible ram movement: forward stroke completes wheel & axle assembly, reverse stroke realizes wheel extraction. One machine finishes both production and maintenance disassembly procedures to save equipment investment cost.
Different from standard fixed-stroke catalog presses, all EZY92 horizontal axle presses are customized according to customer actual workpiece length. Long-stroke design adapts super-long railway axles and large engineering machinery shafts, improving production versatility greatly.
