Yes. The 3D vision system uses template matching technology to identify parts with similar shapes but different dimensions and features, with positioning accuracy of ±1mm, eliminating identification errors. The system can also detect workpiece deformation amount, automatically alarming for deformation ±10mm or above, ensuring gripping safety.
Straightness after leveling: ≤1.0mm when L≤1000mm, ≤1L/1000 and ≤1.5mm when L>1000mm; Flatness: ≤1.0mm when ≤1000mm, full length ≤2.5mm. Complies with national forging machinery, roller leveling machine, and metal plate leveling machine standards (GB/T 30574).
Through Webservice or Restful interface for real-time interaction, data update ≤2 seconds. MES can push tasks and process parameters, equipment automatically retrieves parameter database to execute leveling. After loading, unloading, and stacking completion, automatically synchronizes inventory and work reporting data, achieving full production process traceability. IOT adopts one-master multi-slave mode, handshake frequency ≥2 times/second.
